Clean & Repair Subscription – Terms & Conditions

When you subscribe to one of our Clean & Repair plans, you are entering into a 12‑month contract.

Cancellation

​

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will be charged for any oven cleans already carried out during your contract period at our standard rates.

Included Services Your subscription includes:

​

• Two professional oven cleans per year

• Full repair cover for faults, breakdowns, and replacement parts

• Labour and call‑out included

Repair Excess

​

• For any repair required within the first 60 days of your contract, a £100 excess will be charged.

• After 60 days, no excess is payable on any repair covered by your plan.

• ​

Booking Your Cleans

 

You can book your cleans at any time during your 12‑month contract, subject to availability.

General Conditions

​

• Subscription payments must be kept up to date for cover to remain active.

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of service until resolved.

• Repairs caused by misuse, accidental damage, or non‑domestic use may not be covered.
